Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, bank transfer. All payments are processed through encrypted, secure checkout.
In which currency are prices shown?
Prices are in Swiss Francs CHF.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Contact us within 24 h at info@solaraqua.ch, quoting your order number.
Where do you ship from, and to which countries?
All watches ship from Canton Ticino in Switzerland, to Switzerland, EU, UK, USA, worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
- Switzerland: 1–3 business days.
- EU: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5–10 business days. Every shipment is fully insured and needs a signature on delivery.
Will I pay customs duties or VAT?
Our watches ship from Switzerland. Swiss orders include VAT, so you pay nothing more on delivery.
For all other countries, import duties and local VAT may apply. They are not included in the price and are paid to the courier on delivery. Please check your country's customs rules before ordering.
